Do you offer in person or virtual services?

All appointments are done virtually so you can join from wherever you are! Virtual appointments provide personalized support and can be scheduled ahead of time online with ease. 

 

Do you accept insurance? 

No, the level of personalized support I provide exceeds what insurance typically covers. If I relied on insurance, the limitation on covered hours and the restrictions around what’s allowed would significantly reduce the time we’d spend together and the depth of support I can provide.

 

Do you work with both men and women?

Yes, I work with anyone who is ready to improve their health and wellness. 

 

Do you prescribe medication? 

No — my work is focused on root causes and sustainable lifestyle changes. I support you with strategic nutrition, supplements (when appropriate), and personalized protocols. Many of my clients are already on medication, and we collaborate (with your medical provider) to support your whole body so you can feel better in every way.
